I stayed in al raha beach resort for 2 days. Everything was perfect, they have upgraded my room as well thanks to Amma. Only thing which I observe was the house keeping team in night time. The staff from restaurant to everywhere need to be more polite n positive towards their guests. Service was slow in nights n yes AC cooling is nt proper as i have to sleep in sofa for 2 days as ventilation was close to sofa. Positive point- pool, private beach, restaurants n desk manager n staff Negative points - AC cooling, adaptor point is not there, few things were not operating like touch board for bedroom and night staff are slow Stayed in: Superior Room King Stay length: 2 night(s)

I like the hotel, from the vintage style to the friendly staff
Good: My check-in was at 3 o'clock, but a beautiful girl Marberis opens a room for us at 13:30, which was excellent, also she made a discount so we could add breakfast
Bad: I like everything, also I like how the staff clean the room and make it more beautiful with a different staff like roses and designing our clothes, which was funny :))

Service was very polite and professional from the moment you entered the hotel, but unfortunately, the alcoholic beverages at the pool bar were of poor quality(Watered-down, temperature-diminished alcohol). When my observations were relayed to the Supervisor in the Black Pearl, he pointed out to me that in his opinion the heat taints the contents, but we as the guests are paying for sub-standard alcohol, as the alcohol in the Black Pearl was a different standard. This is something the F&B manager needs to address.

Great Service
Very excellent service everywhere, especially room service. Thanks to Biswajit for great service. Food also is great, assortment, taste: every people wants to help. Only one thing we didn’t like its a the sea beach that is like a swamp. Maybe weather is hot that why it’s like that. We’re drove to Corniche beach that was great

Great for an outdoor weekend
Good: Outdoor area was stunning. Beds were very comfy
Bad: The water pressure wasn't great. It took over an hour for the bath to fill. Everything else was great

Amazing holiday!
Brilliant holiday. Beautiful hotel. Excellent service everywhere. Particularly housekeeping from Mr. Raja. The hotel was spotless and the service impeccable. This is our second visit and we are planning to return next year. We love the location and pool, food, service, stands of cleanliness etc tick all The boxes for us.

The rooms were excellent and housekeeping was superbly performed by Akhilesh and his colleagues who kept us entertained with new towel-origami animal characters every day. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was varied and of a high quality.

The cleaner Akhilesh left our room sparkling clean every single day I couldn’t fault anything, my children couldn’t wait to see what animal he mad on the bed! The hotel was exceptional but the ultra all inclusive could of had more choice for drinks

A Relaxing and Pleasant Stay I recently stayed at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa, and I must say, it was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Check-in & First Impressions: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Front desk staff Ms. Marberis were polite, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. The lobby was clean, stylish, and set a great tone for the rest of my stay. Room: Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, a coffee/tea station, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless with a strong shower and quality toiletries. And also Mr. Asif is very accommodating and made sure our room is comfortable. Amenities: The hotel offers a good range of amenities including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool, and a nice restaurant. Location: The location was convenient, close to Al Raha Mall, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s in a great spot. Family trip to Abu Dhabi
We had an amazing experience at the resort. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We booked a family room with a super king bed and two separate double beds for our boys - a huge room with a balcony and kitchenette.Asad and Krishna did a wonderful job of cleaning the rooms every day and made the room spotless.They also did a great job entertaining the kids by making towel animals every day- which was greatly appreciated. The food was excellent, there was a wide range of international cuisines at the buffet, and there were also special dinners on certain days - for example the roast night. There were different stations where chefs would make food to order in front of you, for example the eggs corner, grill corner etc. The waiting staff was attentive and quick to provide their service. Facilities: The spa services (offered at an additional cost) were exceptional and the staff offered a quality aroma therapy. The pool was large and clean, the shallower and deeper areas separated by a rope. Water sports(also offered at an additional cost) were also available, with a selection of activities to choose from. Overall,I would highly recommend Al Raha Beach Report and Spa for families for the facilities and the location.
