Good: Personnel was great, kind, smiling, welcoming. Room was very clean.
Bad: On the first day I asked for a hairdryer, it didn't arrive. On the second day I asked again. Now it's one week and I'm still waiting. Pillows should be more comfortable as they are hard as wood.

Good: The hotel is very good, especially for 3 star. Good location, service, nice staff. Good gym, nice pool, good, plentyful breakfast.
Bad: I never like the fix shower head on the wall in the bath.

Good: Hi good day, I think it's good fine and calm, I like also the cleanness of the room such as the whole hotel, it was a good experience really. Go ahead all the team thanks.
Bad: Ok however here, the quality of the bed doesn't suit me too much like they're old one so need to change, and also for the slippers nothing is there until I called again the service room as well as towel it was only one and they know we're two person, so like this things only need to be done perfectly as per the refund I didn't get it as I know it main chained in the booking but I don't know why I didn't get the refund back??!!!

The room is decent and clean. Location it's in heart of the city which is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping Farouq and mood indigo bar Philippines lady staff is very nice. The food from room service is amazing with decent price.
