I like the Novel hotel, great service in a central location.
Good: I really liked the Mood Indigo bar. Very quiet and relaxing ! The service by Hana was exceptional ! Great drinks, and a very pleasant service.
Bad: If you had a little more sport on the Mood Indigo TV, i.e. Tennis or cricket etc.

I had a great experience during my stay. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Although the staff could have been a bit more attentive at times, they were generally helpful. Friendly staff. Notify the hotel in advance about your arrival time and early check-in options. The rooms have carpet. If you have allergies, don't forget antihistamines for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in the center and a 6-minute walk from a mall. Which is super convenient and has a huge Lululemon supermarket, pharmacy, shopping stores, and food court.
