Hi there ! My name is Sabtain Ahmad and I was with my family in Novel when we checked out , I forgot my cash money in the drawer, they found it but I am living in Dubai and I don’t go to Abu Dhabi a lot when I requested the receptionist on call if they can transfer, she said they can’t and the money will be with them until I come . Now please tell me the possible solution for this . You should make things easier for customers . Sending money takes 1minutes only . Why they don’t transfer it straight away .

Mr Lee and the lobby staff were exceptional. Friendly, polite and helpful. They address to customer 's concern immediately. The restaurant staff is very professional. In my floor Rumesh was the head of house keeping, taking care of my room.

Last Minute Overnight Booking
Last Minute Booking for Overnight Stay. This was my second time staying from Novel Hotel. And this hotel is one of those I consider to stay in whenever I'd been in Abu Dhabi. Facts to consider are the location is very convenient, which was near to bus stop, WTC Mall and restaurants from neighborhood. The cleanliness and comfortability of the room. Lastly, the excellent customer service from the staff. Upon arrival and leaving the hotel, the consistent level of service I've encountered with the staff was great. I'd like to commend the following: - the Arabic security staff who helped me with luggage. (Wasn't able to take his name) - the Bellhost Mr. Adeel, who was proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful. - the FO staff Mr. Amin, who showed professionalism and composed regardless of being alone on shift, having a queue of guests awaiting in reception. Please send my positive feedback for this mentioned staff's as they deserve to be recognized.

Amin,Adeel and the Manager Lee were outstanding. We have received excellent customer service throughout our short stay. They were exceptionally helpful and make me back to this Hotel in near future. Very well done
