Breakfast was great. Bashir was very attentive and helpful with our needs. Very good variety of foods. Hotel is very clean.

However, the hotel denied access to cocktails and mocktails, citing they were not included in the "base package." This discrepancy caused dissatisfaction, particularly as standard soft drinks were already included with meals. The hotel's policy regarding the all-inclusive package requires review.

This hotel might not be part of a fancy international chain or the newest in town, but it truly shines through its heart, cleanliness, and exceptional service. Every area is spotless and beautifully maintained - you can really feel the care that goes into keeping everything in perfect condition. The staff are some of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family. A special thanks to Bashir, who was incredibly attentive and kind during dinner - he made our evening even more special while we enjoyed the delicious, high-quality, and beautifully presented dishes prepared by the talented Chef Sharifah. Another big thank you goes to the supervisor/manager of the main restaurant, Tides, for being so proactive, warm, and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It’s a place where true hospitality still exists - a real hidden gem in the UAE, filled with kindness, warmth, and sincerity. 💛

The overall image of the hotel is good; the rooms, swimming pool, beach, and surrounding areas of the hotel are clean. The service staff are kind and friendly, and the housekeeping staff named Ranbir and his team did a very good, professional job. I was happy and relaxed staying at this hotel.☺️

I used to come here and am regular guest at this hotel it’s always perfect with delicious food and staff . Big thanks to sharifah chef for making me a nice omelette and always smile on her face . Hope to come back soon

Amazing Breakfast with welcoming hospitality
Breakfast at Jebel Dhanna resort was amazing. On top of the variety service at the restaurant especially from Bashir was really good and welcoming.

Would definitely recommend.
Rachel, Bashir and Yousif were very friendly and helpful from the very first day. The hotel was lovely and our stay was excellent. The hotel had a pool and private beach, as well as all the facilities you would expect such as gym and nice dining area. The only downside I would say is that the rooms weren’t that modern although they were spotless, the decor seemed a bit dated. I would definitely recommend staying here if you do venture to Abu Dhabi on holiday.

Always an amazing experience. Such a safe place for the kids to roam and the staff and service is always fantastic. Easy to get to and always come away feeling refreshed.

Relaxing Beach Resort to unwind
We had a wonderful stay at this beach resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. Friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was bright, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we could ask for. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping it spotless throughout our stay. The resort grounds are well maintained, with easy access to the beach and plenty of space to relax by the pool or in the shade. It never felt crowded, and there was always a calm, pleasant atmosphere. We really enjoyed the food: fresh, nicely prepared, and with enough variety to keep things interesting. Special thanks to Bashir who did take good care of us! Overall, this is a well-managed and genuinely welcoming place to unwind. We left feeling rested and would happily return again.

Datat Jebel Dhanna A great place to be. Relaxing, away from hustle bustle. Great food, fantastic service and good amenities. Breakfast is best there. Good spread with a large selection of cuisine that would appeal to a variety of taste buds. Bashir, the attendant at the breakfast area today is awesome. Hidden gem
This place is a true hidden gem! The secluded location makes it perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the stunning blue water creates the most beautiful views. The food selection is impressive. The staff welcoming and Bashir at the restaurant was accommodating and friendly. The gym is well equipped, and the sauna is clean and relaxing — ideal for unwinding after a sunny day.

This hotel is located in the desert/on the bank of Arabian Gulf sea with scenic beauty. Restaurant service very good breskfast from West to east and with Rashid on restaurant deck.

My wife I are impressed with the friendliness of ALL the staff at the reception and the buffet restaurant. I wish to single but Sharifah. She is such a delightful, hard working and courteous individual. She is an asset to this hotel

A Paradise Getaway
The perfect place for a peaceful holiday. Far from the crowds, no fighting over sunbeds. The soft white sand is just like the beaches in the Maldives. You don’t have to worry about missing the sea view from your room – every room here faces the ocean. And to top it all off, the food is incredible, prepared with love by Chef Sharifa. We fell in love with this hotel so much, we’re heading back for the third time in just a few days.
